What to expect from our one to one coaching journey together
The Coaching Session
- The coaching session will be for one hour (longer laser sessions can be agreed where appropriate).
- At the start of the session you will be given the opportunity to specify a goal or an area you would like to work on.
- We will then work collaboratively to explore and develop ways that suit you and help you to make progress on your goal. This may involve looking at potential barriers, past successes, creating new solutions, practical activities and tools, breaking down and planning your next clearly defined actions, setting accountability.
- The sessions will be based on what works for you. You will not be told what to do (suggesstions may be made). You will not be judged (you may be challenged on limited beliefs). You will not be berated (you will be held accountable and we will reflect on outcomes). Your successes will be celebrated (as they always should).
- You will leave with more clarity and/or a concise plan to help you work on your target area.
- Session packages start with a minimum of four sessions after the initial consultation.
- You will get more clarity on the things that have been holding you back and how you can overcome them.
- You will feel unconditionally supported in your journey.
- You will feel a sense of achievement from clarifying and achieving your goals.
- You will feel empowered to move forward and achieve your goals with a new mindset and relevant tools independently.
